We ship orders within 1 business day of receiving payment. All parcels are sent out with tracking number, customers will be notified via email of their shipment. In the event of late deliveries due to couriers fault, we don’t provide a refund on those orders.

Re-Delivery and lost parcels

In the event the parcel has been returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided, we will organise re-delivery at customers’ expense. we don’t refund customers for lost parcel due to incorrect information provided.
